An excellent opportunity for an experienced Finance Manager to take the next step into a first Director of Finance role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as the lead financial point of contact for a diverse portfolio of startup clients, managing relationships with founders and CEOs.
• Oversee comprehensive financial operations, accounting, and reporting from end to end.
• Provide strategic financial guidance and problem-solving in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Ensure precision in financial modeling and data analysis to support client decision-making.
Qualifications:
• CPA with Big 4 internship/experience- Mandatory.
• Minimum 3 years experience working within an outsourced financial services firm (Mid-level position)- Mandatory.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling- Mandatory.
• Proven experience in the tech/startup ecosystem, with a deep understanding of its unique operational pace- Mandatory.
• Ability to work independently- Mandatory.
• Experience with ERP systems- Priority is a significant advantage.
• Highly organized “hands-on” professional with strong representative skills and a service-oriented, formal approach.
Hybrid Work Model: 2 days a week from our new offices in the Ramat Gan Bursa district, 3 days from home.
